Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
  • Please allow processing time once your return is received and inspected
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless:
    • The item was damaged or defective, or
    • You received the wrong item

If there was an error on our end, we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund including applicable shipping.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color changes within 30 days
  • To request an exchange, please:
    • Start a return using the link above, or
    • Contact us at HawksShop@hawks.com

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at HawksShop@hawks.com as soon as possible
  • Once a tracking number has been created, we’re unable to cancel the order

If your order has already shipped, no problem—you can still return it. Once we receive your item(s) back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Promotional Items

Scored a promo? Here’s how returns work:

  • If your order included a free promotional item (such as a gift card, giveaway, or bonus item), it must be returned along with your purchase
  • If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund

We appreciate you making sure everything comes back together—just like a full squad on game day.

  • Personalized items are final sale unless defective
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
