Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
- Please allow processing time once your return is received and inspected

- You received the wrong item
If there was an error on our end, weβll make it rightβeither with a replacement or refund including applicable shipping.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color changes within 30 days

Order Cancellations
- To cancel an order, please contact us at HawksShop@hawks.com as soon as possible
- Once a tracking number has been created, weβre unable to cancel the order
If your order has already shipped, no problemβyou can still return it. Once we receive your item(s) back at our warehouse, weβll process your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Promotional Items
Scored a promo? Hereβs how returns work:
- If your order included a free promotional item (such as a gift card, giveaway, or bonus item), it must be returned along with your purchase
- If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund
