Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
  • Please allow processing time once your return is received and inspected
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless:
    • The item was damaged or defective, or
    • You received the wrong item

If there was an error on our end, we’ll make it rightβ€”either with a replacement or refund including applicable shipping.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color changes within 30 days
  • To request an exchange, please:
    • Start a return using the link above, or
    • Contact us at HawksShop@hawks.com

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at HawksShop@hawks.com as soon as possible
  • Once a tracking number has been created, we’re unable to cancel the order

If your order has already shipped, no problemβ€”you can still return it. Once we receive your item(s) back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Promotional Items

Scored a promo? Here’s how returns work:

  • If your order included a free promotional item (such as a gift card, giveaway, or bonus item), it must be returned along with your purchase
  • If the promotional item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
