When will my order ship?
All orders with ground or international shipping typically ship within 2 business days. Orders with 3-Day-Select shipping will ship within 1 business days of order receipt. How can I track my order?
All orders receive a tracking number after they ship. Orders shipped via can be tracked at www.ups.com Orders shipped via USPS can be tracked at https://www.usps.com/

 

What is your return policy?
Online returns will be honored on unworn merchandise in sellable condition if returned within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Exceptions include clearance items and personalized merchandise. There are no refunds or exchanges for personalized merchandise except for manufacturer error. In store purchases must be brought back in person to receive a return.

 

What is your exchange policy?
All merchandise can be exchanged (excluding personalized items) if unworn and in sellable condition. To exchange an item, please contact us at hawksshop@hawks.com prior to returning merchandise, to confirm the size you need is in stock.

 

My package is lost. What do I do?
If the tracking on your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed. If you still have not located your package, please contact us at hawksshop@hawks.com
